Dreams are messages from your Subconscious Mind, or inner Self, to your conscious daily waking self. These messages come in the form of symbols, like words from another language.

The subconscious uses the language of images to communicate with you about yourself. Most of your dreams provide insight about your thoughts and attitudes during your waking time, usually within the last 48 hours before having the dream.

There are three principals to informational dreams:

  1. Every dream is about the dreamer

  2. Every person place or thing is an aspect of the dreamer.

  3. Every dream is relative to the previous few days before the dream occurs.

For instance, let’s say you have a dream of trying to run and your legs feel like they are stuck in the mud. Your subconscious mind is reflecting that during the previous day, you were trying to cause motion in your life and felt unable to do so.

With this information, you can identify what is slowing you down and address it. This will produce a greater degree of self-motivation.

With a little practice, you can build a relationship with a very powerful ally, your own inner self.
