The idea of an internet bulletin board system came to Monster founder Jeff Taylor in a DREAM as he was contemplating a big idea to fill the needs of his high tech clients.
Jeff Johnson was the first full-time employee of Blue Ribbon Sports, which later would become Nike. He was credited with coming up with the name Nike which came to him in a DREAM after given the task by Nike founder Phil Knight when the rest of the executive committee stalled on names like Coyote, Cougar and Dimension six.
