In 1907 Einstein was striving to understand the relationship between mass and energy. One of his greatest breakthroughs came after a night of intense mental exploration. First thing in the morning, he woke up with a clear idea of where to take his research. His early morning epiphany became the catalyst for the now famous algebraic equation E=mc2.

Monster.com founder Jeff Taylor had the idea for his mega-website in a dream. In 1993, a client at his ad agency told Taylor, “No more big ideas. I want a monster idea!”

Soon afterward, Taylor woke up at 4:30 a.m. from a dream that showed he had built a bulletin board system where people could look for jobs. He got out of bed, went to the coffee shop, and at 5:00 a.m. designed many of the concepts and interfaces still at work today on the Monster website.

The ability to create and invent is a natural process of the mind that you can access at will. Review the section of The Power of Visualization in this website. When you apply these techniques before going to bed. You may dream of the solution to your problem or wake up in the morning with a fresh perspective that will enable you to have answers to anything you endeavor to understand.
